1 CHILD FREE: under 10 years of age sharing a room with two adults, minimum stay one week (until 11.06 and from 06.09).
1 CHILD 50% reduction: under 10 years of age sharing a room with one adult, for minimum stay of one week (until 11.06 and from 06.09).
1 CHILD free: under 10 years of age, as 4th person in the room (one free week and one paying week) (from 19.06 until 06.08 and from 23.08 until 30.08).

- Booking before 10.05.10: 3 % discount (or before 10.04 for reservations in May).
- Children under 12 years of age: 50% discount (with 2 adults).
- 3rd bed in a double room: 30% discount.
- 3% price for cash payment on the arrival (without deposit).

Extra charge:
- Air conditioning: euro 7.00 a day a room.
- Single room + 30% a day.
- Infants under six months: euro 15,00 per day meals not included.
- Pets: price to be agreed upon, according to size.
- Beach Towel: each change euro 3,00.
- Stays under 5 days 30% extra.
- For Children free change of the menu must be paid.
Daily full board accommodation rate a person a day, for at least 5 days’ stay. Including V.A.T., service. There is no reduction for the untaken meals and the early departures. Discussions about payments will not be considered unless made personally to one of the proprietors. Rooms are to be vacated by 10.00 a.m. on the day of departure, failure to do this adds one extra day to the bill. Rooms are available from 2.00 p.m. on the day of arrival. Bills are to be paid by 6 p.m. on the day prior to departure. Confirmation of booking: deposit euro 100,00 a person and euro 150,00 in July and August. In case of give up 3 days before the arrival, the deposits are not paid off but can be used for another period.
