1 CHILD FREE:
under 10 years of age sharing a room with two
adults, minimum stays one week.
(until 13.06 and from 01.09)

1 CHILD 50% reduction:
under 10 years of age sharing a room with
one adult, for minimum stay of one week. (until 13.06 and from 06.09)

1 CHILD free:
under 10 years of age, as 4th person in the room
(one free week and one paying week).
(from 14.06 until 08.08 and from 24.08 until 31.08)

NEW in all the rooms bathrooms were restructured

Reductions:

• Booking before 10.04.2008: 5% discount.
• Booking before 10.05.2008: 3% discount
(or before 10.04 for reservations in May).
• Children under 12 years of age: 50% discount.
• 3rd/4th bed in a double room: 30% discount.
• Half board: according to period and availability.
• 3% price for cash payment on the arrival.

Extra charge:

• Air conditioning: € 10,00 a day a room.
• Pets: price to be agreed upon, according to size.
• Garage € 10,00 a day.
• Delux Rooms on the 4th and 5th floor: € 15,00 extra a day a room,
all have new whirl-shower, hairdryer, safe and air conditioning.
• Formula VIP: 1 beach-umbrella and 2 sun lounges privileged position
on the beach, 2 beach towels, rearrangement room afternoon and one
special dinner of fish to the Restaurant Bistrot: € 20,00 a day a room.
• Stays under 5 days: 30% extra in high season, 20% in low season.
• Infants under six months: € 15,00 per day, meals not included.
• For children free: change of the menu must be paid.
• Single room without sea-view + 25% a day.
Daily full board accommodation rate a person a day, for at least 5 days’ stay. Including V.A.T., service. No reimbursement for untaken meals.
Discussions about payments will not be considered unless made personally to one of the proprietors. Reductions for children are only valid when sharing a room with two adults. Rooms are to be vacated by 10.00 a.m. on the day of departure, failure to do this adds one extra day to the bill. Rooms are available from 2.00 p.m. on the day of arrival. Bills are to be paid by 2 p.m. on the day prior to departure.
Anticipated departures are to be notified in writing to the proprietors at least three days in advance and a an increase will be applied. Booking confirmation: down payment
