Geographical position:

Giulianova extends along the Adriatic coast, delimited to South by the Tordino river and to North from the Salinello river. The city is subdivided in four zones: the Lido, that it constitutes the bathing zone and of tourist importance. The Annunziata, in the south zone where the Roman colony of Castrum Novum developed itself in origin; the Country, where it is found the Historical Center that leans, thin to an altitude of 61 meters, on the on the hill to west; Colleranesco that, together with Houses of Trento, constitutes the distribution of the city nucleus toward the agricultural zones behind the hill.
